Our roofing company is proudly family owned and operated.

About Bear Impact Roofing Matt and Lana Leonard are a husband-and-wife team so similar in work ethic and values yet so very different in skill sets that they complement one another in a way they never could have planned.

Formerly with Carolina Custom Roofing, Matt has thorough roofing knowledge and a heart for helping people. Because his dad owned a construction company most of Matt’s life, he grew up with a natural understanding of what it takes to build a solid home along with the work ethic required to do it well. Matt worked alongside his dad building houses after he graduated from college, learning many things that simply can’t be taught in a classroom. Now, over 25 years later, he still enjoys jumping into a home exterior project, particularly the one he considers most important… the one that protects you, your family, and the things you hold dear: your roof.

Lana previously worked in the investments industry as a Senior Branch Administrator with Edward Jones, where attention to detail was of the utmost importance and working to help her clients was her favorite responsibility. She left this position in 2015 to pursue the only career she treasured more: raising her son full-time. She now supports her husband in the business operations and branding of Bear Impact Roofing. She also volunteers much of her time as the graphic designer and creative director for the Made to Conquer Christian podcast and community.

Outside of their professional lives, Matt and Lana enjoy spending as much time as possible with their son, Finley. They are also advocates for autism awareness.

Matt and Lana are committed to serving your family in a professional manner, providing quality workmanship, all while giving excellent customer service. You can rely on them to handle any job, big or small. Reach out to them today to learn about their roofing services. They are ready to prepare your home or business for the impact of any bear-sized storm.
