I live 2 hours from my 87 year old widowed mother who lives alone in her house that she has owned for 20 years. I had asked a trusted neighbor of hers for a recommendation for a roofer. He said Carolina Custom Roofing. I called and Matt picked up the phone. No voice mail and waiting for a reply. We had gotten another estimate but the other company did not even come close to the professionalism, value and efficiency that Carolina Custom Roofing provided. Matt came within days to meet with my mother and he put her mind at ease answering her questions and explaining the process. He also gave me the curtesy to call me through each step of the process to keep me informed and assure me my mother was being taken care of. Roofing day came and my mother explained how impressed she was with how quickly the men worked to get it done in one day and how clean they left everything when they finished. Matt had contacted both myself and my mother days after the job to make sure we were satisfied. Matt you are in the WRONG business. You should be a professor at a college teaching a class on how to be successful in business. Your customer communication is exceptional. You put a nervous elderly widow and a concerned son at ease. It was a pleasure dealing with you and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have a roof inspected or replaced.

Matt was very good at what he does. After the storm damaged my roof he had me an estimate the next day and replaced in record time. My neighbor was impressed with mine and got him to do his as well.

We needed gutters and down spouts for a riding arena on our horse farm as erosion was causing issues and constant maintenance. Matthew came out and listened to what we wanted then gave us additional ideas and solutions based on their experience. Needless to say, the gutters compliment the aesthetics of the covered arena and due to slight customization adds to the look. Most importantly, the water now goes where it needs to go and our problem has been solved. Good price, Great experience and better end result. What more could you ask for?!

I got 3 estimates and by far Carolina Custom roofing was the best choice and had the best customer service! Matt was great to meet with and was very detailed about explaining the process to us. The roofing crew cleaned up very well and left our property in tact! I highly recommend!

The whole process has went very smoothly. Matt has been very responsive and the workers came and worked hard the two days they were here. The only thing they might could have done better is getting up extra nails. We took a magnet across the yard and still got a lot of nails up.

We had the gutter system replaced on our home. The installer was professional, thorough and completed the job in about 12 hours by himself. He took precautions to avoid damage to the house structure and landscaping. He cleaned up the job site completely and made sure we checked out the new gutters and downspouts before he left. Highly recommended.
